Events
We are currently planning to host a gospel rock concert that will be open to the entire community. The
concert will be held in early Spring and will be followed shortly thereafter by a Spaghetti Dinner. Please be sure to
check our latest news frequently for further details.
Our thanks to everyone who made the personal products drive a success again this year. The basket was
presented to the Women's Resource Center on Christmas Eve and they were extremely thankful to receive the donation.
The Women's Resource Center provides shelter to women and children who are the victims of domestic abuse.

Church News
We always welcome children here at Hyde Park. We offer a Sunday school for all ages of children beginning at 10:30
each Sunday morning. Classes range from the very young children to teens. All children are welcome to come and
be a part of our youth activities.
Our annual Turkey Dinner was held on Saturday, October 28 and was a huge success. Our thanks to everyone who attended
and to those who helped prepare and serve the meal. Other dinners are being planned, so please be sure to watch our
upcoming events for details.

Congratulations to Harriet Diehl on being installed as our newest deacon. We welcome her
as she assumes her new duties as deacon.
Congratulations to Amanda Jobs and Brian O'Boyle who ae the proud parents of a baby boy, Owen Jacob, born on Tuesday, October
9. Congratulations also to grandparents Ann and Joe Schimes and Bruce Jobs.
Congratulations to Terri and Rob Clark on the birth of their baby daughter, Sydney Sharon, born in August. Terri
is our church lector and Rob serves on the Board of Session.
